Voucher – vote for your neighborhood intervention

Housing corporation Eigen Haard wanted to offer the residents of a typical Amsterdam courtyard a gift for its public space. To involve the residents and extract local wishes, Placemakers distributed vouchers with which they could select an intervention, from ‘green’ to ‘lighting’ and ‘art’. Eventually, this method led to a number of ‘green walls’ in the courtyard.
